HECO-Schrauben GmbH & Co. KG endeavours to make its digital offerings as accessible as possible in order to provide all users with unrestricted access to information and functions. We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website in accordance with the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Level AA).
Target group
Our products and services are aimed exclusively at professional users and business customers (tradespeople/B2B). Our digital offerings are not designed for private individuals and do not include any offerings for end consumers. Nevertheless, we consider digital accessibility to be part of our quality standards and would like to provide all users with the most unrestricted access possible to our information..
Accessibility status
Not all the content and functions of our website are currently fully accessible. We are working on identifying existing barriers and gradually removing them. The reasons why accessibility measures have not yet been implemented include the technical effort and complexity of the adaptations. These materials are primarily intended for specialised personnel who work with or sell our products. Access to this information is intended to provide targeted support for professional use and does not replace individual end customer advice.
Online catalogue and ordering process
The online catalogue provided on our website serves exclusively to provide information about our products. It is not possible to purchase products directly via the website.
Communication via social media
We also provide regular updates about our products, applications and the company on our social media channels. Private individuals can also show interest in our content. However, we would like to expressly point out that HECO-Schrauben only serves commercial customers. No individual consultations are provided via our social media channels. We forward enquiries from end users directly to our authorised specialist retail partners.
