Seamless symbiosis of light and screws
The Edeka Centre Stralsund underwent a comprehensive refurbishment to support the company's new concept and create a modern appearance. Lighting concepts were implemented for the sales areas and offices at Edeka. The installers from Cedes: GmbH Die Lichtfabrik decided in favour of HECO MULTI-MONTI-plus mechanically insertable ring anchors for fixing the lights.The construction project began in mid-June and lasted around seven weeks. The installation involved several steps, including the removal of the old lighting, the installation of new electrics, painting and flooring work. This was followed by the installation and integration of the lighting systems, including track spotlights. Once the shelving had been installed and the shopfitting work completed, the lights were aligned in accordance with the requirements. As a result, both the salesroom and the offices now shine in new splendour.

HECO MULTI-MONTI-plus - hidden heroes
Hidden behind the new look are around 4,000 HECO MULTI-MONTI-plus ring anchors, which proved to be the ideal solution for installing the lighting concepts. The easy-to-install screw anchor can be fitted without any problems, even with heavily worn drill bits, and can be loaded immediately. The choice of screws was driven by various reasons, including the enormous time savings during installation and the reduction of work steps compared to other anchoring methods, the high load-bearing capacity and the simplification of the entire installation. Cedes: GmbH Die Lichtfabrik used its expertise and integrated various lighting systems with high-quality technology and modern design, from 3-phase LED spotlights to individual colour concepts for the lights, in order to highlight the goods and space in the best possible way. The installer from Cedes: GmbH Die Lichtfabrik, Mr Dragutin Goj, emphasises: "A significant time saving was achieved, as the use of ring anchors meant that two steps could be saved compared to other solutions: The mechanical installation of the ring anchors was carried out by drilling a five millimetre hole with a drilling machine, followed by screwing in the ring anchors - completely without dowels or rope. An advantage that only HECO could guarantee." In addition, the reinforced toothing on the tip of the screw cuts an internal thread into the building material when it is screwed in. This creates a positive fit, which is ultimately used for anchoring and gives the craftsman a high degree of application safety. The flexibility of the ring anchors also makes it possible to work close to the edge without the use of special tools. The result? The Edeka Centre now shines in a rustic style with new lighting effects, a harmonious interplay of light and architecture, securely fastened by the invisible heroes - the HECO MMS-plus ring anchors.
Montage der Fachwerkbinder auf der Baustelle
Nach der Fertigstellung der Fachwerkbinder wurden diese auf das Gelände der Hochschule gebracht. Dort stand bereits die Rohbaukonstruktion. Die Binder wurden mit einem Kran in die richtige Position gebracht und auf Betonstützen fixiert. Zug um Zug wurden die Fachwerkbinder mit den vorgefertigten Dachelementen montiert. Für die Montage der Dachkonstruktion benötigten die Zimmerleute zwei Tage. Im Anschluss wurden die vorgefertigten Holzrahmenbauwandelemente gesetzt. Zudem erhielt das Gebäude noch eine Holzfassade aus horizontalen Rombusleisten.
