The HECO-TOPIX-plus Flange head screw is specially designed for wood construction applications. Its reinforced toothed concrete thread cuts an internal thread into the building material. The HECO-TOPIX-plus CombiConnect is an ETA-certified double-threaded screw, specially developed for the transmission of high compressive and tensile loads in wood construction applications. It features two threads with different thread-pitches, and enables a contraction of the construction components. The transmission of loads is done axially via the thread. This allows significantly higher tensile loads compared to conventional part-threaded screws. The HECO-TOPIX-plus CombiConnect can be processed quickly and without splitting, and ensures an easy and user friendly handling.

Based on the MULTI-MONTI system, the innovative MULTI-MONTI-TimberConnect (MMS-TC) baseplate anchor combines the patented concrete thread with a HECO wood thread. With the result, that the MMS-TC ensures simple and safe fixing of wooden components on solid masonry and concrete as well as for baseplates on concrete. The baseplate anchor provides all advantages of the MULTI-MONTI concrete thread: no torque control, no spacing and no cure times. The screw head enables the anchor to be countersunk in wood, whilst the dimensions allow attachment thicknesses from 40 to 300 mm. This means that just one type of anchor is sufficient for many applications and thicknesses of wood. The screw anchor can be set in push-through installation using a setting tool. The unique combination of different calculation concepts allows for significantly higher shear and tension loads, which do not depend on the thickness of fixture.

When renovating, it is often sensible or even necessary to reinforce existing ceilings. The HECO-VB wood-concrete composite system avoids the demolition of existing wooden ceilings and the construction of new concrete structures. Valuable building fabric can thus be preserved and the interesting combination of wood and concrete opens up new design possibilities. The timber beam absorbs the tensile forces, while the concrete acts as a pressure plate. The shear-resistant connection is achieved using single or crossed VB fasteners. This reduces the deflection of the ceiling construction and massively increases the load-bearing capacity. The HECO-VB composite system can now also be used with multi-span beams. At the same time, the fire and sound insulation properties can be significantly improved.

The MULTI-MONTI®-plus Therm screw anchor was specially developed for fastening counter battens to concrete on insulated roofs. Thanks to its wood-concrete double thread, the screw enables a spacer screw connection between the counter batten and concrete. As a result, all compressive forces are transferred from the counter-batten directly into the concrete without the intervening insulation material being affected by the resulting loads. This significantly increases the service life of the insulation and the load-bearing capacity of the counter battens. The screw anchor can be used for all common insulation materials without any requirement for compressive strength and has ETA approval (ETA-23/0078).
