The screw anchor MULTI-MONTI-plus (MMS-plus), is an enhancement of the concrete screw MULTI-MONTI. Without the need for wall plugs, the certified screw anchor is driven directly into a pre-drilled hole, where it is immediately loadable. Its reinforced toothed concrete thread cuts an internal thread into the building material. This creates a positive locking connection, which is subsequently used for the anchoring.The MULTI-MONTI-plus system is not only fast and easy to mount, but also ensures a secure connection. This is confirmed by the available ETA-certification. The screws can be mounted close to the edge and without a torque wrench, what´s more they can be removed and reused after checking the threads condition. It is approved for use in concrete and masonry and for use in fire conditions.

Based on the MULTI-MONTI system, the innovative MULTI-MONTI-TimberConnect (MMS-TC) baseplate anchor combines the patented concrete thread with a HECO wood thread. With the result, that the MMS-TC ensures simple and safe fixing of wooden components on solid masonry and concrete as well as for baseplates on concrete. The baseplate anchor provides all advantages of the MULTI-MONTI concrete thread: no torque control, no spacing and no cure times. The screw head enables the anchor to be countersunk in wood, whilst the dimensions allow attachment thicknesses from 40 to 300 mm. This means that just one type of anchor is sufficient for many applications and thicknesses of wood. The screw anchor can be set in push-through installation using a setting tool. The unique combination of different calculation concepts allows for significantly higher shear and tension loads, which do not depend on the thickness of fixture.

MULTI-MONTI-plus Therm

The MULTI-MONTI®-plus Therm screw anchor was specially developed for fastening counter battens to concrete on insulated roofs. Thanks to its wood-concrete double thread, the screw enables a spacer screw connection between the counter batten and concrete. As a result, all compressive forces are transferred from the counter-batten directly into the concrete without the intervening insulation material being affected by the resulting loads. This significantly increases the service life of the insulation and the load-bearing capacity of the counter battens. The screw anchor can be used for all common insulation materials without any requirement for compressive strength and has ETA approval (ETA-23/0078).
