The HECO-TOPIX-plus wood panel screw can be adjusted quickly and easily and fixes panel-type materials permanently and flush with the underlying construction. With the HECO-TOPIX-plus wood panel screw, floor fitters can benefit from the contraction effect of this patented full-threaded screw. The decreasing thread pitch on this fully-threaded screw automatically pulls the components together and fixes them with the thread. This means that the boards can be laid quickly and efficiently onto a level substrate, because they are permanently and securely fixed to the underlying wooden construction. Thanks to the HECO-TOPIX-tip the wood panel screw grips immediately, particularly on hard surfaces such as oriented strand board (OSB) or chipboard and facilitates faster installation than with standard screws. The countersunk head with its patented cutting ribs is easy to screw in and forms a neat flush finish with the board surface.
HECO-TOPIX-plus Cladding screw

Product number: 61706
The full thread of the HECO-TOPIX-plus Cladding screw with its variable thread pitch reliably draws the façade boards onto the sub-structure without the head having to be countersunk deep into the timber. The façade is secured axially via the thread, which increases the pull-out strength. This results in fewer fastening points and an ultimately more economical façade construction. Thanks to the full thread, the sole function of the head is to fit the screw drive. As such, the HECO-TOPIX-plus façade screw has a small raised countersunk head with milling ribs, which allows simple, concealed installation preventing any water penetration through the screw. The screws are made of stainless steel A2, which safely eliminates the problem of corrosion caused by exposure to weather – for instance, rusting screws.

The HECO-TOPIX-plus Floorboard screw pulls timber components together as it is driven in, leaving no gaps, whilst simultaneously fixing the components via the thread. That allows not only a quick and cost-saving working, but also reliably prevents annoying creaking of the floorboards at the screw shank. As the loads are transferred via the thread, the head is used solely for driving and can be designed very small. It can be used in narrow tongue-and-groove mounting areas and does not overlap in subsequent components. That ensures a precise connection of profiled timber components. In addition the patented HECO-TOPIX drilling tip reduces the splitting of timber, enabling the usage in thinnest profiles with lowest edge distances.

The HECO-TOPIX-plus glass strip and floor board screw was specially designed for the work with thin profiles and narrow mounting conditions. Therefore it features a patented drilling tip, which enables a precise positioning and an easy insertion without pre-drilling. Furthermore it reduces the splitting of timber effectively, enabling insertions close to the edge. Due to its high thread-pitch the HECO-TOPIX glass strip and floor board screw can be processed quickly and allows a low driving torque. Its small raised countersunk head enables not only a visually appealing mounting, but can also be sunk accurately due to milling ribs underneath the head, without damaging the structure of the fibres around the screws edge. The result is a clean and flush finish. The HECO-TOPIX glass strip and floor board screw is available as a bright zinc plated or an A2 stainless steel version for outdoor applications and wet rooms.
HECO-TOPIX-plus T Solar
HECO-TOPIX-plus T Solar A2 8 x 240, flange head, T-Drive, T-40, secondary thread, 50 pieces
Length, l [mm]:

Product number: 61882
The HECO-TOPIX-plus-T Solar in A2 stainless steel ensures a long-lasting and economical mounting of solar brackets on over-rafter-insulated roofs. The HECO-TOPIX-plus-T Solar features two patented wood threads with the same pitch. They guarantee a fixation at defined intervals, where the secondary thread fixes the counter batten and all the loads are transmitted via the thread directly into the rafters. The HECO-TOPIX-plus-T Solar screw is quick and easy to use without predrilling thanks to the patented "TOPIX" tip. The tip also prevents any risk of the counter batten splitting; meaning installation is quick and clean. With the screws flange haed, the roof hook or solar system fitting can be screwed flush and securely to the wood to form a connection that lasts.

Product number: 61310
The double-threaded screw HECO-TOPIX-plus Therm is specially made for the processing of pressure-soft insulating materials. With its two threads it enables offset-mounting, where the counter batten is fixed by the secondary thread. Wind suction or compressive loads are taken solely by the thread in the counter batten, and are transferred directly into the rafters. This prevents the impressing of the counter batten into the insulation. Compared to conventional fastening applications the HECO-TOPIX-plus Therm provides advantages in handling and material costs. In combination with the HECO-TOPIX-plus CombiConnect it forms an additional system for the efficient on-rafter and facade insulation. Here, the occuring shear loads are taken by a combination of shear block and the HECO-TOPIX-plus CombiConnect. This system requires significantly less fastening points compared to conventional solutions.

The HECO-UFIX® is a part-threaded screw with a special shaped spade-like drilling point. It has all the properties required for working with medium-density fibreboard: predrilling effect and pinpoint-accurate insertion, reduced splitting and low driving torque. Another advantage is that the HECO-UFIX MDF screw has a newly developed drive: the HECO-Drive, a perfectly coordinated system between drive in the screw and the special HD bit. The screws stick-fit into the bit and do not wobble. This allows for one-handed operation without any problems and exact screw guidance. However, the screw is also compatible with any standard T-Drive bit.

In addition, the head pitch ensures an ideal braking effect and makes annoying slipping almost impossible. Especially when working with thin materials the HECO-TOPIX-plus fitting screw can't be topped. The patented HECO-TOPIX tip allows a splitting-free insertion even in lowest profiles without pre-drilling.
HECO-VB wood-concrete composite screw
HECO-VB 7.5 x 165, VB-48 head, Outside-TX, AT-E8, partial thread, A2K, 100 pieces
Length, l [mm]:
165
Product number: 58842
When renovating, it is often sensible or even necessary to reinforce existing ceilings. The HECO-VB wood-concrete composite system avoids the demolition of existing wooden ceilings and the construction of new concrete structures. Valuable building fabric can thus be preserved and the interesting combination of wood and concrete opens up new design possibilities. The timber beam absorbs the tensile forces, while the concrete acts as a pressure plate. The shear-resistant connection is achieved using single or crossed VB fasteners. This reduces the deflection of the ceiling construction and massively increases the load-bearing capacity. The HECO-VB composite system can now also be used with multi-span beams. At the same time, the fire and sound insulation properties can be significantly improved.
HECO-WS self-drilling dowel

You can assemble high-quality steeltimber joints using the HECO-WS system. The dowels are inserted in the timber and through the steel plates in a single, time-saving operation without pilot drilling. 3 steel plates up to 5 mm thick or 1 steel plate with up to 10 mm thick can be penetrated (steel grade: S235). Producing joints for framework structures has been a complicated process to date. The new HECO®-WS system reduces the procedure to a few operating steps: 1. fitting the steel plate 2. aligning and fixing it in position 3. inserting the dowel
