On Saturday, 17 May 2025, the ZimmererTreffpunkt Community Event took place in Landau an der Isar, bringing together around 1,200 trade visitors. Carpenters, timber construction professionals, and trade enthusiasts benefited from networking opportunities, specialist presentations, and product demonstrations.
HECO participated in this important industry event as part of its partnership with ZimmererTreffpunkt (blog and social media). A special highlight of the day was the world record attempt: 42 carpenters performed the traditional carpentry clap on the world’s largest free-floating roof truss for a duration of 6 minutes and 14 seconds. This impressive display of precision, timing, and team spirit underscored the cohesion and strength of the trade.
By actively taking part in the world record attempt with a sales technician and fielding its own team on site, HECO was able to effectively demonstrate its expertise in modern timber construction and position itself as a strong partner within the professional network of carpenters.
