Additional HECO-TOPIX-plus fully threaded screws
HECO is expanding its range with 20 new HECO-TOPIX-plus fully threaded screws in two head variants with lengths from 450 to 800 mm. This closes an important gap in the range for structural timber engineering. Like all HECO-TOPIX-plus screws, the new variants are characterised by optimised insertion behaviour, maximum straightness, reduced screw-in torque, faster installation, higher load-bearing capacity, improved edge distances, optimised steel characteristics, increased ductility and tested "Made in Germany" quality.
MULTI-MONTI-plus Therm for insulated roof and facade constructions on concrete and masonry
New in the field of screw anchors is the MULTI-MONTI-plus Therm for fastening roof insulation and insulated façade systems to concrete and masonry – developed to meet the requirements of modern construction methods. The range comprises nine sizes and covers clamping thicknesses from 125 to 305 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of common construction variants. Thanks to the wood-concrete double thread, compressive forces are transferred directly into the mineral substrate without putting strain on the insulation material, which increases the durability and load-bearing capacity of the structure. The MMS-plus Therm can be tested live on a demonstration model at the HECO stand.
