At this year's WorldSkills 2024 in Lyon (France), around 1,400 young people from over 65 countries will be competing against each other in their respective trades. The German national carpentry team has been training intensively for months for the upcoming competition in order to start the competition as well prepared as possible. 20-year-old Linus Großhardt will be competing at WorldSkills as a member of the German construction industry's national team. We at HECO - as a service partner of Holzbau Deutschland - have actively supported the team of the national carpentry team and the World Championship candidate Linus with screws for training and thus made an important contribution to the best possible preparation for the World Championships.
Opening ceremony: Tuesday, 10 September 2024 in the LDLC Arena in Lyon from 19:00
Competition days: Wednesday, 11 September to Saturday, 14 September 2024 at EUROEXPO Lyon from 9:00 to 17:00.
Closing ceremony: Sunday, 15 September 2024 at the OL Stadium from 18:30
