We are a „Partner for Specialist Trade”
The annual specialist trade partner awards, organised by the Working Committee for Tools (‘Arbeitskreis Werkzeuge’ (AKW)) of the Central Trade Association for Household Hardware (‘Zentralverband Hartwarenhandel e.V.’ (ZHH)), saw HECO-Schrauben perform very well, securing third place in the fastening technology category. Individual ratings from various categories were included in the survey result, including sales support, data and digitisation quality as well as complaint handling. The survey is addressed to the approximately 1,500 specialist dealers throughout Germany who make up the Arbeitskreis Werkzeuge, and evaluates manufacturers from eight product segments. Andreas Hettich, Head of Business Development at HECO: “We would like to thank all of the specialist dealers who helped us to achieve the best rating in our segment in the specialist retail loyalty category. In turn, we are doing our best to improve the cooperation with our specialist dealers across all areas.”
We are “innovative thanks to research”
You can’t discover anything new without research. The Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft (German association for the promotion of education, science and innovation) regularly investigates the German research and innovation system and is always on the lookout for companies with a particular dedication to research and development. The intensive research and development work carried out by HECO and our self-image as a manufacturer brand was also recently acknowledged by the Stifterverband with the awarding of the “Innovativ durch Forschung” seal of quality.
HECO remains a manufacturer and we will continue to back our own ideas, our own developments and our own production in the future.
